Curry Potatoes Stir-fry Riblets
Ingredients:
Main ingredients:Pork ribs 600 grams, potatoes 500 grams,Onion 1 piece
Side ingredients: 15 grams of oil, 6 grams of salt,Tomato sauce 5 grams, 10 grams of cooking wine, 3 grams of curry powder,Dark soy sauce 8 grams
Potato Curry with Ribs Riblets stir-fry method:



1. Prepare the raw materials.



2. Cut the riblets into small pieces.


3. Put the riblets in a pot of cold water and boil, adding an appropriate amount of cooking wine.



4. Cut the potatoes into pieces.


5. Slice the onion.



6. Heat a wok over medium heat, add an appropriate amount of oil until it is 70% hot, then add some tomato sauce and stir-fry briefly before adding the riblets to stir-fry further; add an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, salt, and curry powder, and stir-fry evenly.


7. Add an appropriate amount of boiling water,Stir-fry until it comes to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and cover the pot to simmer for half an hour.



8. In another pan,Fried pan heat some oil until hot, then add the potatoes and fry until golden brown.


9. Add the fried potatoes and onions into the riblets' pot and cook until they are soft.



10. Serve when the soup thickens.


Cooking Tips
1. Do not rinse the boiled riblets with cold water to remove foam; use hot water instead, as rinsing with cold water makes the meat too tight;
2. Add boiling water after stir-frying the riblets, do not add cold water;
3. The riblets should be basically cooked before adding the potatoes.
