Homeemade Pumpkin Pancake Recipe

Steps: 1. Prepare the pumpkin, peel it, and place it in a dish.
2. Put the pumpkin
Steamed until cooked, using an electric rice cooker for convenience so you don't have to watch over the heat. 3. Blend the steamed pumpkin into a paste and mix in the glutinous rice flour and sugar, ensuring it is neither too thin nor too thick.4. Use my dedicated non-stick pan, place oil in it and heat up, then add the prepared pumpkin mixture and fry over low heat. 5. Gently stir occasionally (be careful not to stir too often as it is soft and can easily break) until both sides are golden brown and cooked through, then remove and serve after cooling.
