Best Tofu Cold Salad Method
Ingredients:
Tofu(Northern) 100 grams, Green Bean Sprouts 100 grams, Tomato 150 grams,Mutton(Lean) 100 grams,Green Pepper 120 grams,Egg 60 grams, Sugar 10 grams, Garlic (white skin) 10 grams,Cumin Seed 5 grams,Ginger 5 grams, Sesame Oil 10 grams, Salt 3 grams, Onion 10 grams, Vegetable Oil 10 grams.
Cold Dish Preparation:
1. Tofu is placed in boiling water with salt and boiled for 2 minutes, then removed and sliced into 1 cm thick pieces and arranged on a plate;
2. Eggs are beaten with a little salt and pan-fried to form egg skin which is then cut into strips;
3.Tomato is blanched in hot water, peeled, and cut into slices seasoned with sugar;
4. Green pepper is sliced and quickly blanched in boiling water, then mixed with a little salt;
5.Mung Beans Sprouts are briefly boiled in boiling water for 1 minute, then mixed with a small amount of sesame oil and salt;
6. Lean meat pieces are cooked until done, sliced into strips, and mixed with sesame oil and salt;Lean Meat Pieces
are arranged around the plate with egg strips, tomato slices, green pepper strips, mung bean sprouts, and lean meat strips;
8. The pan is heated, vegetable oil is added to heat to six-tenths of its way, cumin seeds are fried until fragrant then removed, followed by adding onions, ginger, garlic, a little water, and thickening the sauce with a small amount of slurry before drizzling it over the tofu.
