How to Make Orleans Fried Chicken Legs
The main ingredients required for this dish:
Chicken legs 1000 grams
New Orleans Grilled chicken Marinating 70 grams
Marinating ratio:
Marinating :water:meat = 7:7:100
Other ingredients:
Water (ice water or cold water) 70 grams
Step 1:
Select fresh chicken legs. If the surface of the chicken leg is intact, you can pierce a few holes with a needle to facilitate the absorption of the marinating. For every 1000g of chicken legs, add 70g of New Orleans grilled chicken marinating and 70g of ice water. Mix the ice water and marinating well and pour them into the chicken legs. It is recommended to use a strong bag, seal it, and hit and knead on the table until the juice is absorbed by the meat.
Step 2:
Place the marinated chicken legs in the refrigerator's chill compartment for static marinating. Strongly recommend marinating for 12~24 hours (to ensure flavor penetration), turning every two hours.
Step 3:
After marinating, place the chicken legs in the oven to bake. Heat at 170~180℃ for about 30 minutes. Bake until it is about eight-tenths done, then continue baking at 200℃ for 10 minutes to achieve a golden-brown and attractive appearance. Alternatively, use the microwave's grilling function, controlling the time between 30~40 minutes.
