How to Make Home-style Pork Stir-fry

Farmhouse Small Stir-fried Meat:

Characteristics: salty, fresh and slightly spicy, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, home-style.
Main ingredients: pork rib meat (five-spice meat)
300 grams Hungarian chili peppers 200 grams,
Garlic (white skin) 10 grams,ginger 10 grams, salt 5 grams,monosodium glutamate 2 grams,soy sauce 10 milliliters,lard (refined) 25 grams
Method:
1. Wash the five-spice meat, slice it;
2. Clean the Hungarian chili peppers and cut them into segments;
3. Fry the five-spice meat until six mature in oil, add the chili peppers and fry together, add a little spicy sauce before serving, plate it up.
