How to Make Braised Winter Melon

Red-braised Winter melon Ingredients: 500 grams of winter melon,A portion of Chinese aromatic oil 40 grams,Peanut oil 35 grams, sweet soybean paste 25 grams,Dark soy sauce 25 grams,Sugar 10 grams,Fine salt 3 grams,Monosodium glutamate (MSG) 2 grams, ginger and green onion pieces each a little, 20 grams of cornstarch slurry,Chicken broth 100 milliliters.Red-braised winter melon Preparation:
(1) Remove the skin and seeds from the winter melon, wash it clean, and cut it into 3 cm long, 2 cm thick, and 2 cm wide pieces.(2) Heat a pot with peanut oil, add chopped ginger and green onion, then sweet soybean paste.
