How to Prepare Cow Bone Marrow?
Boil ox bones marrow--
Main ingredients: ox bone marrow
Side ingredients:winter bamboo shoots
Ingredients: spring onions,ginger, garlic, Pixian sauce Doubanjiang salt, sugar,soy sauce mousetrap wine,MSG,chicken broth,Sichuan pepper
Steps:
1. Cut the ox bone marrow into pieces.
2. Blanch the cut ox bone marrow in boiling water, then drain and dry it.
3. Marinate the blanched ox bone marrow with wine and soy sauce. Chop the spring onions and ginger into, and slice the garlic to prepare.
4. Heat oil in a pot, fry the Sichuan pepper until fragrant, then remove it. Add Pixian sauce and wine, stir-fry until fragrant, then add chicken broth, and strain out the debris of the sauce. 5. Add ginger and garlic, season with salt and sugar, then add ox bone marrow and winter bamboo shoots, simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
6. Simmer until the broth is nearly gone, add MSG, plate up and sprinkle spring onion to serve.Burn for 20 minutes. 20 minutes.
6|Stir-fry until the sauce is nearly reduced, add chicken essence, plate and sprinkle with green onion.
