How to Make Pearl Milk Tea

Mix milk powder and milk tea powder: Stir hot water into the milk powder and milk tea powder until there are no powder particles left;5. Final mixture: Add the brewed tea, sugar, and cooked pearls to the mixed milk powder; refrigerate for an hour before serving. Always cook the pearls only after boiling water; otherwise, they will turn into a powder;Stir occasionally during cooking to prevent sticking;It's best to drink it on the same day; if refrigerated overnight, the pearls may lose their chewy texture. Use Flour sieve or cheesecloth to strain out the tea leaves.
