1. Remove the black ends of the yam and separate it into slices;
2. Strip away the strings on both sides of the celery and cut it diagonally;
3. Soak the goji berries in water;
4. Boil water, add a few drops of oil to the pot, then put celery and yam slices and blanch them;
5. Heat the wok with cold oil, add the celery and yam and stir-fry for a few seconds;
6. Add three scoops of chicken broth, season with salt, thicken with cornstarch, stir-fry, sprinkle goji berries, and serve.

Tips:
1. When making this dish, ensure the celery and yam are not overcooked; blanching them first ensures they only need to be briefly stir-fried in a pot with added seasonings;
2. To prevent the celery from turning yellow during blanching, add a few drops of oil to the water and quickly cool it after blanching by rinsing under cold water; otherwise, even short blanching can result in discoloration due to residual heat;
3. A good stir-fry dish benefits from rich broth and a light thickening for added luster.
