How to Make Meat Minced with Vermicelli?

Ingredients:
Main ingredients:Pork 150g, Tapioca noodles 250g,Soy sauce 15g, Chopped green onions 15g,Ginger Minced 10g,Red pepper Minced 10g,Sugar 5g,Black pepper powder 5g,Monosodium glutamate (MSG) 10g,Fine salt 5g, Rice wine 15g, Cornstarch 50g,Sesame seeds Oil 10g, Refined oil 50g.
Method:
1. Grind the meat into mince and mix with a small amount of fine salt and rice wine, stir until well combined;Salt 2. Soak the tapioca noodles in boiling water until soft;
3. Heat a wok over medium heat, add refined oil, when hot, pour in the meat mince, ginger mince, and some chopped green onions, stir-fry until the meat is loose and fully cooked;
4. Add rice wine, soy sauce, sugar, and a little water to season; add pepper powder to taste, thicken with a slurry of cornstarch in water, pour into the casserole pot;
5. Garnish with chopped green onions, red pepper mince, and sesame oil, heat over high flame until boiling, place on small round plates at the bottom of the pot, ready to serve.
