How to Make Spicy Chicken Collar

Ingredients:
Chicken Ribs 500 grams
Red Chili Pepper Half a piece
Hot Chilli Peppers A little bit
Black Fungus A little bit
Garlic 3 cloves
Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon
Shaoxing Wine 1 tablespoon
Vinegar 1 teaspoon
Salt A little bit
Black Pepper A little bit
sesame seeds A little bit
Plant oil 2 tablespoons

Steps:
1. Clean the chicken ribs, put them in boiling water with a little salt, and boil until they shrink. Remove the chicken ribs and place them in a bowl. Add Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, black pepper, and salt, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.Slightly pepper powder
