Tips to Keep Live Fish Alive Longer

To keep live fish bought for eating alive for a few more days without letting them die, you can use the following methods:

1 Open the mouth of the live fish and pour in several drops of white wine, then place it in a cool and dark area, covering it with something breathable. This way, even in summer, the fish can survive for several days.

2 Stick two small pieces of damp thin paper over the eyes of the live fish to allow it to survive out of water for 3-4 hours. After placing them back in water, they will soon be lively and active again.
