How to Make Tomato Sauce Spare Ribs
Main ingredients:
Ribs 2 pieces,Ketchup. Sugar, salt,Ginger, oil, water.
Method:
Marinate the ribs with salt, oil, and ginger first.
Add oil, then add the ribs.
Then add ketchup (about three tablespoons), and water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Next, add sugar (about four or five teaspoons). If you find the color is not red enough, you can add more ketchup. Finally, thicken the sauce by mixing cornstarch with water.
