How to Cook Fan Leaf Kale?
Ingredients:
Chinese baby cabbage 1 head,green beansvermicelli 1 bunch (50 grams), 1 whole garlic clove, fresh red bell pepper 1/5 piece, green onion 1 stalk
Seasoning:
soy sauce 2 tablespoons, sugar 1 teaspoon,MSG 1/4 teaspoon,stock(water) 2 tablespoons,salad oil 2 tablespoons
Steps:
. Soak the vermicelli in cold water for 20 minutes until soft, slice the Chinese baby cabbage into 4 pieces, peel and chop the garlic into paste, dice the red bell pepper, and finely chop the green onion.
. Heat 2 tablespoons of salad oil in a pot to about three-tenths hot, add the garlic paste and stir-fry until fragrant, then add soy sauce, water, sugar, MSG, and bring to a boil.
. Remove the seasoned garlic paste from heat and set aside.
. Lay out the softened vermicelli on a plate, followed by the sliced Chinese baby cabbage.
. Pour the prepared garlic paste sauce evenly over the Chinese baby cabbage.
. Place a steamer rack in a pot of boiling water.Steam the Chinese baby cabbage with a cover on high heat for 10-12 minutes.. Remove from heat and garnish with finely chopped green onion and red bell pepper before serving.
