How to Make Pepper Rib with Rice Noodles
Ingredients:

Steps:
1. Cut the ribs into small pieces and marinate with seasoning A for about 20 minutes.
2. Rinse the dried bean curd, cut it into;Wash the garlic, chop it into;Wash the green onions and cut them into segments;Wash the green bell pepper and cut it into small pieces;Cut the rice noodles into wide strips, separate them.
3. Heat a pan, add a little salad oil, stir-fry the noodles over high heat after adding silver buds and seasoning B for about 2 minutes.
4. Turn off the heat, remove from the pot, serve in a dish.
5. In another pan, heat enough salad oil to reach 120℃, fry the ribs with small fire for about 2 minutes, then switch to high heat and fry briefly before removing and draining the excess oil.
6. Heat a pan, add a little salad oil, first stir-fry the dried bean curd, garlic in the pot for a short time, then add the green onion segments and fried ribs, stir-fry together for about 1 minute, followed by adding the green bell pepper and stir-fry for another 30 seconds.
7. Add the chicken stock and seasoning C to step 6's pan, continue cooking over medium heat for about 1 minute.
8. Slowly pour the cornstarch water into step 7's pan, thicken the sauce, add a little sesame oil, turn off the heat, then serve in the dish from step 4.
