Ingredients: fatty beef slices, oil Tofu Skin,Chinese cabbage(two whole leaves for making Chinese cabbage rolls)Soaked tofu puffs Sweet potato Slices, water bamboo shoot slices, Lotus Root slice, water-soaked Pine mushroomKelp(sliced),Leek,green onion, red Chili slice.Fried tofu skin rolls: oil Two sheets of fried tofu skin, place several slices of fatty beef on it, roll into a tube shape, tie with softened leeks and cut into segments for use.

Method:
