Ingredients:Chicken breast Chunks Sweet potato milled black pepper powder Black pepper powder
Dipping sauce: coarse grain Black pepper powder Onion Ranch dressing honey sweet Red bell pepper
Steps:
1. Rinse the chicken breast, remove any surface tendons, and slice it into 3 pieces. Marinate with cooking wine, salt, sugar, and black pepper for a moment.
2. Put the dipping sauce ingredients into a blender to crush them and prepare.
3. Marinated chicken flour dusted sweet potato starch and then press by hand.
4. Heat oil in a pot until it is 50% hot, place the chicken and fry over low heat until cooked, remove from the pan.
5. Increase the heat to high, re-fry the chicken until golden and crispy.
6. Slice the chicken and sprinkle the milled black pepper in counterclockwise direction on chicken cutlet. Serve with the sauce drizzled over it.
