How to Make Three Delicacies Shrimp Dumplings
Ingredients:All-purpose flour,Minced pork,Chopped Chinese wormwood (Chinese bunching onion), Fresh shrimp , Egg , Green onions, fresh ginger ,
Seasonings: salt, chicken essence , Shaoxing wine, sesame oil
Steps:
One, divide the flour into portions and gradually add water to form a dough. Knead well until it's elastic, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest.
Two, chop the pork finely, cut the Chinese wormwood finely, slice the fresh shrimp into large pieces (do not chop), mince the green onions and ginger.
Three, season the minced pork with salt, chicken essence, Shaoxing wine. Gradually add water while stirring in one direction until it becomes sticky and well-mixed; then add sesame oil and mix thoroughly. Next, add the minced green onions, ginger, and Chinese wormwood, as well as the shrimp pieces, and mix well to form the filling.
Four, roll out the rested dough into long strips, cut them into small portions, and flatten each one into a dumpling wrapper. Fill with the prepared stuffing and seal it.
Five, bring water to a boil in a pot, add the dumplings, and gently stir from the bottom to prevent sticking.Dumplings, cover the pot, and when it boils again, add cold water three times. After the third addition of cold water, open the lid and cook for a few more minutes until done.
Six, serve with vinegar , garlic flakes, or any other dipping sauce you prefer.
