Steps:

1. Rinse the green beans and soak them in water. It should take about a day.

2. The skin of the green beans will soften; use your palm to gently rub it off.The skins can be removed easily. 3. Remove all the skins from the green beans.

This step might be a bit tedious.4. Add 2 times the amount of water to the de-skinned green beans and cook them for about 30 minutes in a pressure cooker.

It should become bean paste.ps: If you save some of the soaking water from the green beans before removing the skins, it can be used to cook the bean paste, which will give it a greener color and make the finished Green Bean Jelly look nicer.

In the meantime, take about 5 grams of agar and add it to water in a steamer and heat until the agar dissolves into the water.Pour the green bean paste and sugar into a heated flat-bottomed pan and stir over low heat until the mixture coats the back of the spoon.Add the cooked agar liquid, continue stirring until it coats the back of the spoon again. Once done, take it off the heat.

Pour the mixture into a flat container and smooth the surface.Place in the refrigerator to cool for more than 40 minutes. Remove the jelly once it has set completely, cut into appropriate sizes.Serve on a plate. Until the agar has melted into water.

Take a pan and heat it, add a small amount of oil, then place the cooked red bean paste and sugar in it, stir over low heat continuously until it coats the spoon. Add the steamed agar water and continue stirring until it coats the spoon again.

Done, remove from heat. Place it in a flat container, smooth the surface. Place it in the refrigerator to cool for more than 40 minutes.

Remove once it has set, cut into appropriately sized pieces. Arrange on a plate.
