How to Make Green Bean Horse Hoof Cake

Ingredients:
Green beans, 125 grams of maltose powder, 325 milliliters of water, 188 grams of rock sugar, oil
Instructions:
1. Soak the green beans overnight.
2. Mix 125 grams of maltose powder with 325 milliliters of water.
3. In a pot, bring 325 milliliters of water and 188 grams of rock sugar to a boil until the sugar dissolves. Add half of the starch slurry and stir quickly to form a paste; turn off the heat.
4. Mix in the remaining starch slurry, then add drained green beans and mix well.
