Lotus Seed Paste Pastry Buns The ingredients for preparation:

1. Mix the dough ingredients: First, mix the wheat flour with water evenly, then add cooked lard and mix to form a dough. Separately, mix the fat pastry ingredients until well combined into a ball.
2. Prepare the pastry: Take the fat pastry and wrap it in the dough (in a 4:6 ratio), roll it out with a small roller, fold it three times, then take half-finished lotus seed paste filling of 50 grams, enclose it inside the dough, seal the edges, and press flat to form a bun. If desired, make a patterned edge as for flower-patterned buns by shaping the edge into a pattern.
3.Baking Set oven temperature to 190°C, bake for about 20 minutes.
Quality Standards: Full and glossy appearance, flaky and soft dough that does not break, surface not hard, no exposed filling.
