How to Make Green Bean Crisp Pies

Ingredients:
Flaky Pastry Base Ingredients:MEDIUM FLOUR FLOUR 300g,MALTED SYRUP SUGAR 20g,PORK FAT 65g, A LITTLE SALT, BOILING WATER 170g
Flaky Filling Ingredients: 200g MEDIUM FLOUR, 100g PORK FAT
(Small Oven It is suggested to reduce the quantity for making. I used a 45-liter oven.)
Steps:
1) Place medium flour in a bowl. Make a well in the flour and add pork fat and malted syrup.(If you don't have malted syrup, use white sugar instead)
2) Pour boiling water into it.
3) Dissolve the malted syrup and pork fat, then stir with a fork to form a dough-like consistency.
4) Knead until smooth and spread out.
5) Let the dough cool off before kneading into a ball.
6) Mix the flaky filling ingredients directly in a bowl.

7) Shape the flaky filling into a ball.
8) Divide the pastry and filling into 20g and 14g portions respectively, then roll them into balls.
9) Press one of the dough pieces flat and place a filling portion on top.
10) Wrap the dough around the filling, seal it down, and press it slightly.
11) Roll out the wrapped dough into a long strip.
12) Fold the strip from top to bottom.
13) Repeat for all the dough portions.
14) Press the folded strips flat.

15) Fold each one in thirds, starting from both sides towards the middle.
16) Roll them into rounds.
17) Roll out the dough pieces to a round shape with thicker center and thinner edges.Place cooked MUNG BEAN FILLING
in it.
18) Fold and seal the filling inside.
19) Gently press and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.20) Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius, then bake for about 10 minutes until golden. Flip them over and continue baking for another 15 minutes before removing from the oven. Turn over after coloring, and bake for another 15 minutes before removing from the oven.
