How to Make Beef Pastrycakes
Ingredients:
Beef mince,flour, salt,soy sauce, scallions,spiced Sichuan pepper, and five-spice powder.
Method:
1. Use the scalding method for the flour, making a soft dough: once the water boils, pour it gradually into the flour bowl, using a rolling pin to stir lightly; do not add too much water at once; after the flour forms a ball, continue adding more as needed until you get an even and soft surface; cover with and let rest for 10 minutes;
