How to Make Japanese Stir-Fried Noodles

Ingredients:
Sesame seeds 3 milliliters of rapeseed oil,Rapeseed oil 15 milliliters,Chili paste 30 grams, 2 cloves of garlic, chopped and peeled Chicken breast 4 pieces, cut into 2.5 cm square pieces,Soy sauce 120 milliliters,Onion 1 bulb, longitudinally sliced into 8 portions, half a cabbage, ,Radish 2 roots, cut into pieces,Buckwheat noodles 225 grams, cooked and drained
Instructions:
1. Place the sesame oil, rapeseed oil, and chili paste in a pan and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Then add the garlic and stir-fry for another 30 seconds. Next add chicken and half of the soy sauce until the chicken is no longer pink. Remove from heat and set aside to keep warm.
2. In a separate pan, add the onion, cabbage, and radish and stir-fry until the cabbage starts to wilt. Then pour in the remaining soy sauce, cooked noodles and the chicken mixture, stirring well.
