Knead the dough. Use less water, making it harder; let it rest for half an hour after kneading, then vigorously knead again and let it rest a bit more.
 
Prepare the ingredients. While letting the dough rest, get ready with the vegetables according to your taste, slicing cucumbers,daikon radish raddish,tomatoes,Chinese asparagus beans,onions,green peppers,ham,and other ingredients as you like. 3. Then add the chopped vegetables, stir-fry until they are five-tenths cooked, then add the dough portions and season to taste with salt,MSG and other condiments. Keep stirring until fully cooked in a few minutes before serving.
 
6. Serve by adding chili oil or vinegar when eating. Boil a pot of water and cook the dough pieces until they are done, then remove them and cool them in cold water before setting aside.Cook dumplings in boiling water similarly until cooked through, then remove and cool them in cold water before setting aside. Remove from the pot and set aside to cool.

Heat a wok and add oil, then add prepared beef sauce or pork sauce or tomato sauce(other sauces can also be used according to your preference), stir-fry over high heat until fragrant, then add chopped vegetable bits and stir-fry until they are five-tenths done, then add the dough pieces, adding more salt or chicken essence as per taste,MSG and other seasonings, stir-fry continuously for a few minutes before serving.
 
6. Serve. Serve with added chili oil or vinegar.
