Ingredients:Radish, mung beans, cooked,peanut rice, fine salt,fresh ginger, scallions,flour, dried shiitake mushrooms (or sea beans),oil,1. Rinse the radish and cut it into thin strips. 2. Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms in advance, remove the tough skin.
3. Crush the cooked peanuts, finely chop the scallions, and slice the ginger.
