How to Make Microwave Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:Dried shiitake mushrooms 5 pieces, white mushrooms 4 pieces, white radish 1 piece,Onion 30g,kelp 10g strips,ginger 1/2 teaspoon (3g) minced,soy sauce 1 tablespoon (15ml), oil 1 tablespoon (15ml), 250ml water
Steps:
1 Wash the white mushrooms and carrot clean, slice them;peel off the onion skin, chop it into small pieces.
2 Clean the dried shiitake mushrooms thoroughly. Place them in a large bowl and pour boiling water over them. Cover with a lid, cook on high for 2 minutes, then let them soak for about 15 minutes. Afterward, cut the mushrooms into strips and reserve the soaking liquid.
3 Pour oil into a microwave-safe bowl, cover it with a lid, heat it on high for 1 minute, then take it out. Add the onion pieces and ginger 1/2 teaspoon (3g), stir-fry thoroughly, then transfer microwave oven int to stir-fry on medium power for 1 minute.
4 Remove the microwave bowl from the oven, add the shiitake strips, mushroom slices, carrot slices, and kelp strips. Cover with a lid and cook on high for 2 minutes.
5 Take out the microwave bowl and add the reserved soaking liquid, then stir in the soy sauce. Cover again and cook on high for 3-4 minutes before serving.

Using a microwave to soften dried mushrooms can significantly reduce preparation time, saving much effort.
