How to Make Shredded Pork Fried Rice Noodles

Ingredients:
Jiangxi rice vermicelli shredded meat mushrooms red radish peanuts sprouts, green onions, cooking wine, starch soy sauce oil and salt
Method:
1. Soak the Jiangxi rice vermicelli in hot water for two to three hours;rice vermicelli is placed in the hot water.
2. Prepare other ingredients: meat shreds, peanut sprouts,red radish shreds, mushroom slices and green onions;
3. Marinate the meat shreds with salt, starch, and cooking wine, then mix well and let it stand for a moment;
4. Heat up a wok or pan, add a little oil, and stir-fry the meat shreds until they turn color;



5. After the meat shreds are cooked to color, add the red radish shreds and stir-fry them;
6. Stir-fry until the red radish shreds become slightly soft and have some reddish oil, then add the peanut sprouts and mushroom slices and continue stir-frying;
7. Add the soaked rice vermicelli and stir-fry for a few times;
8. Pour in a little stock;



9. Cook it for about two minutes.
10. Season with salt,pepper powder.
11. Add green onion segments just before serving.
12. Serve on a plate.


Cooking Tips:
1. Soak the Jiangxi rice vermicelli in hot water for two to three hours before use;if time is limited, it can be boiled for six to seven minutes and then kept warm for ten minutes;
2. Marinate the meat shreds with seasonings beforehand;the ingredients are optional based on personal preference but should ideally vary in color;
