Main ingredients:Beef 200 grams,Rice 300 grams
Ingredients: Chinese cabbage Radish 1 piece,Onion Half a piece,Milk 100 milliliters,Raisins Dry Seasoning: A little salt, two spoons of curry.
1 Wash the rice and soak for about 1 hour. Cut the beef into pieces,
Radish Cut the onion into strips., Slice the onions.2 Heat oil in a pan, first add the fatty part of the beef, cook over low heat to release beef fat. Remove the grease and discard it, then add the radish and onion and stir-fry.

3 Stir-fry until the radish and onion emit fragrance, then add the beef and stir-fry until the beef changes color. Add two spoons of oil curry sauce.

4 Stir well, add about 100 milliliters of milk, then add hot water to completely cover all ingredients.

5 Use an electric rice cooker. First, remove the vegetables and arrange them at the bottom of the pot, sprinkle half of the raisins on top, evenly spread the soaked rice over it, and add enough broth so that it just covers the surface of the rice.6 Cook according to normal procedures for rice cooking. After completion, sprinkle the remaining raisins, mix well, and serve. Tips:

1 It's best to use beef with some fat, as this will make it more fragrant.

2 Curry powder, curry block, or oil curry can be used; I happened to have oil curry at hand so I used that. If using curry powder, you need to dissolve it in a little water first and stir-fry it before adding the vegetables.

3 When cooking, pay attention to the amount of water as the rice has already been soaked and the vegetables will release some water during cooking, so less water should be added compared to normal cooking.
1. For the beef, it's best to choose a piece with some fat; this will make it more flavorful due to the oiliness.
2. You can use curry powder, curry blocks, or oil-based curry; I had oil-based curry on hand so I used that. If using curry powder, you should mix it with a little water beforehand and fry it before adding the vegetables.
3. When cooking, be sure to adjust the amount of water carefully; since the rice has been soaked and the vegetables will release moisture, less water than usual is needed.
