How to Make Figs Steamed with Pig Lungs?
Figs Stewed Riblets

Steps:
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Wash the dried figs and soak them in water.
3. Clean the riblets and cut into pieces for later use.

5. Rinse the blanched riblets thoroughly, then soak them in cold water.

7. Place the slow cooker in a pot containing water.
8. Cover the slow cooker lid as well Steam with a pot or a cooking pot's outer cover. Turn on the heat.


9. Slow cook for 1 to 2 hours.
10. Add a little salt before serving; this soup is mainly sweet, and the added salt enhances its freshness without being excessive. The main flavor of this soup is sweet, adding salt helps bring out the soup's freshness better, so it should be used sparingly.
