How to Make Chicken with Mushrooms
Ingredients:
One three-yellow chicken,Dried bamboo mushrooms, five pieces, Five shiitake mushrooms,And wood ear fungi each three ounces, Chicken legs,Three ounces each, Salt to taste.Steps: 1. Wash all the mushrooms, cut the shiitake and wood ear into small pieces,Cut the chicken leg mushroom in half, slice bamboo mushrooms after slightly soaking them in water. 2.
