How to Make Thai Roasted Chicken?
This dish is very easy to make, and if you let marinated chicken sit overnight, the taste is even better. Try it with spicyfried rice together. Ingredients:
3 cloves of garlic, crushed fresh
ginger 10 grams, peeled skin of one lime, juice extracted and chopped chili dried 0.5 grams, 120 milliliters water,soy sauce 60 milliliters, Worcestershire sauce 60 milliliters,sugar 10 grams, skinless and boneless chicken breast 6 pieces Steps: 1. In a medium non-stick pan, mix the garlic, ginger, lime peel, lime juice, dried chili, water, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and sugar.
2. Layer by layer, coat the chicken with the marinade.
Cover and refrigerate to marinate for 4-24 hours.2. Preheat an outdoor grill on high heat and brush some oil onto it.3. Grill each side of the chicken on the grill for 6-8 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 80 degrees.
Discard the remaining marinade.
