How to Make Stir-Fried Pork with Sprouts

Ingredients:
Pork Lean meat 80 grams Yellow mung bean sprouts 100 grams Chinese chives 20 grams fresh Red pepper 1 piece, 1 teaspoon garlic
Marinade for pork: 1/8 teaspoon fine salt Soysauce 1/2 tablespoon Cornstarch 1 teaspoon water 1/2 tablespoon Salad oil 1 tablespoon Seasoning: 1/8 teaspoon fine salt 1/2 tablespoon soysauce 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Chicken essence 1/4 teaspoon (optional) Method:
1. Slice the lean pork into strips,
Yellow mung bean sprouts remove roots, cut Chinese chives into segments, remove seeds from red pepper and slice.
2. Marinate the pork with marinade for 15 minutes.Pork mix evenly, then marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a wok to 3, add pork strips and stir-fry until they change color, then remove and set aside.
4. Add a little more oil to the wok, fry garlic until fragrant. Add yellow
mung bean sprouts, and stir-fry over high heat for about 1 minute.
5. Add segments of Chinese chives and all seasoning ingredients, then stir-fry over high heat for approximately half a minute.

6. Add the previously fried pork strips, mix well and cook until evenly combined.
