How to Make Nut Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
American long grain rice 100 grams, unsalted,butter 60 grams,onion chopped 100 grams, potato cubes 50 grams, red radish cubes 50 grams,peanut 20 grams,nut walnut 20 grams, cinnamon leaf 1 piece, a little salt,black pepper a little, unsweetened peanut butter 10 grams, chicken stock 100㏄
Steps:
Rice American long grain rice is steamed until cooked.Blend peanut butter with chicken stock to make peanut butter sauce. In a pot, melt 50 grams of unsalted butter, sauté chopped onion, add cinnamon leaf, salt and pepper to fry until fragrant, then add the peanut butter sauce and bring to a boil.
