Homemade Stewed Beef with Yam Method

Steps

1. Soak the beef in clean water overnight;

2. Cut into one-inch cubes;

3. Blanch in cold water for 5 minutes;

4. Remove and wash off foam;

5. Add beef, water, and seasonings to the electric rice cooker;electric cooker and cook for about 3 hours.

6. Peel and cut yams into small pieces;

7. Add to the beef mixture;

8. Cook until tender and done;

9. Rich in aroma;

10. Beef stewed with yam.
