The method for making ordinary tilapia

Main ingredients:
tilapia (750 grams) garlic clove (one piece)diced chili peppers (one spoon) green onions (two pieces)ginger slices (four pieces)

How to make daily tilapia:
1. One tilapia, clean thoroughly.

2. Make three cuts on each side of the fish back, about half a finger thickness.

3. Rub with rice wine and salt evenly, sprinkle with scallion strips and ginger slices for marination for 10 minutes.

4. Heat oil in a pot, add two pieces of ginger.

5. Sauté the fish on low heat until both sides are lightly golden.

6. Pour in a small bowl of water, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce and oyster sauce for seasoning, cover with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes. Then remove the fish.

7. Heat oil in another pot, stir-fry garlic until fragrant.

8. Add one spoon of diced chili peppers.

9. Pour the chili pepper and garlic mixture over the fish, sprinkle with scallion strips to serve.
