Steps for Tagine Pot Stewed Chicken Thighs:
1. Prepare all ingredients, cut the chicken thighs into pieces. Cut the potatoes into chunks

2. Marinate the chicken thighs with salt, oyster sauce,soy sauce mild cooking wine and a little cornstarch, add ginger slices and garlic cloves, mix well and marinate.

3. Brush some oil at the bottom, arrange the cut potatoes in layers.

4. Place the marinated chicken thighs on top of the potatoes, put in some chopped onion segments as well.
