Stir-Fried Salted Meat with Yardlong Beans and Tofu Sheets


Ingredients Introduction
Yard Long Beans 300 grams Salted Pork 100 grams Tofu Pith 1 piece of Tofu Pith and 1 clove of Garlic Salt 2/3 teaspoon Sugar1/4 teaspoon
Pepper Powder

1/4 teaspoon Cooking Wine 1/2 tablespoon

Yard Long Beans Stir-fried with Salted Pork and Tofu Pith:

1. Blanch the

string beans

slightly, then drain water;2. Slice the tofu pith, dry out the moisture, set aside for later use; 3. Cut the salted pork into pieces and stir-fry over medium-low heat to release oil;

4. Drain the excess oil from the salted pork, retain some in the pan, then add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant;
