Homemade Sweet and Smoky Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients Main ingredients: wing tips 300g, oil as needed, salt as needed, RIO cocktail wine as needed, oyster sauce as needed, scallions as needed,ginger as needed, sugar as needed,soy sauce as needed.
Steps

1. Prepare all the ingredients. Turn down to low heat, simmer for 15 minutes, then add salt and reduce until dry.

2. Heat a small amount of oil in the pot, and fry the washed and drained chicken wings.

3. Fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown. Drain the excess oil from the chicken wings.

Remove the extra oil, push the fried chicken wings to one side of the pot, and sauté the scallions and ginger.

5. Add sugar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.

6. Pour in RIO cocktail wine.

7. Let it cover the chicken wings, bring to a boil.

8. Turn down to low heat, simmer for 15 minutes, then add salt and reduce until dry.
TIP: This dish has quite a bit of sugar, adjust according to your taste. Adding soy sauce is for freshness and coloring; do not use dark soy sauce to avoid overly deep color.
