New Year Must-have Snack: Coconut-Aroma Hawthorn Jelly

1.Ingredients

1. Main ingredients: 800 grams mountain hawthorn, 200 grams coconut sugar, 100 grams white sugar, 100 grams maltose Malt 1. Select fresh mountain hawthorn, wash it, and soak in salt water for 10 minutes.

2. Remove the head, tail, and seeds from the hawthorn, then cut them into four pieces.

3. Place them in a pot with 100 grams of white sugar and a little water, and cook until soft.

4. Transfer the hawthorn paste into a food processor to blend it into a pulp.

5. Pour the hawthorn paste into an uncoated pan.

6. Add coconut sugar and simmer over low heat until fully combined.7. Add maltose and stir-fry, lifting the pan with a spatula until no liquid drips off.

8. Transfer the cooked hawthorn paste into a glass container to cool.
