Homestyle Yellow Braised Chicken with Chestnuts

Main and auxiliary ingredients: Chicken thighs, Peaches 2. Wash the chicken thighs, cut into pieces 3. Peel the Peaches and set aside 4. Heat the wok with a small amount of oil, stir-fry green onions and ginger until fragrant, then add chicken pieces

1. Since light yellow bean sauce is added, less salt should be used.

2. When peeling the Peaches, remove the thin inner layer as well.

Boil it, season with salt, sugar, and chicken essence.

Add the chestnuts.

Tips
1. As already adds saltiness, less salt should be used at the end.
When removing the skin from the chestnuts, make sure to also take off the thin inner layer.
