Homemade Steamed Rice Dumplings with Scallion Aroma and Yogurt

This small snack is learned from a fellow blogger and has been modified based on her recipe. I made it plain before, this time adding chopped scallions on top of that.Plain yogurt, with very good taste. Both versions feel great; I recommend trying them out for your friends.
Ingredients:Egg 1 piece, 110 grams of plain yogurt,Cheese powder 30 grams,Almond pieces,Black sesame powder 50 grams, salt 1 gram, sugar 10 grams,Olive oil 20 milliliters,Glutinous rice flour 100 grams, and an appropriate amount of chopped scallions.

Aromatic scallion yogurt glutinous rice balls preparation: 1. Mix yogurt, almond black sesame powder, cheese powder, and egg in a bowl, stirring evenly;
2. Add salt, sugar, and olive oil, stir until mixed well, then add glutinous rice flour and mix uniformly;
3. Finally, add chopped scallions, stir thoroughly, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about an hour;
4. Divide the dough into small balls of about 6 grams each, roll them into small round balls, place on a baking tray;


5. After completing all steps, put the baking tray in a preheated
oven at middle rack, bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, then let it sit with residual heat for 5 more minutes; 6. Remove the baking tray, transfer the glutinous rice balls to a cooling rack and let them cool naturally.
This small snack can be eaten either cold or hot; it is a good companion for coffee and tea.
