Tuna Also known as mackerel, it is called tonnfish in Hong Kong. It is a popular sea food with high economic value. Peel the cucumber and carrot into thin slices, blanch them in boiling water for a moment. 4. Heat the pot and add oil. Stir-fry the cucumber and carrot slices briefly.5. Add the cooked shredded wheat noodles, XO sauce, ginger juice, chicken essence, salt, and stir-fry quickly until well combined. 6. Pour in about four-fifths of a can of tuna (leaving some for tasting; it's fine to use all of it).7. Noodles
are served on a plate with a glass of soy milk or sweet potato porridge, starting an enjoyable breakfast.

Tips

1. Tuna canned food can be quite fishy when eaten directly; you can add ginger slices or ginger juice during stir-frying to remove the smell.2. The cucumber and carrot should be peeled into fine strips and blanched briefly in boiling water to avoid overcooking, which could make them too soft when stir-fried.

Heat the wok, add oil, and stir-fry the cucumbers and carrots for a moment.

Then add the chive noodle, XO sauce, ginger juice, chicken essence, salt, and quickly stir-fry evenly.

Next, add about four-fifths of a can of tuna (I kept some aside to taste; adding all is also fine).

Pour in an appropriate amount of soy sauce and mix well.

Seven.Noodles Serve on a plate, accompanied by Mung bean soup or rice porridge, starting your delicious breakfast.
Tips
