Homemade Steamed Dried Green Beans with Salted Fish Method

Main ingredients: 100g salted fish, 280g edamame, 240g five-spice smoked tofu, 10g rapeseed oil,soy sauce 3g
Steps

.1. Prepare the salted fish and five-spice smoked tofu, wash and remove the shell of the edamame.

.2. Cut the salted fish and smoked tofu into small pieces.

.3. Heat the pot with oil, add the smoked tofu, fry until golden brown, then drain the oil and remove.

.4. Drain the remaining oil, add the salted fish and fry until the fish meat turns white and is about 80% cooked, then remove.

.5. Leave some oil in the pot, add the edamame.

.6. Stir-fry the edamame until it changes color, then add the smoked tofu and salted fish pieces, stir-fry evenly.

.7. Drizzle with soy sauce, stir-fry evenly.

.8. Serve the stir-fried edamame and smoked tofu in a bowl as a side dish.
Tips
.1. Salted fish and five-spice smoked tofu are already salty, so only add a little soy sauce for seasoning.
.2. Smoked tofu and salted fish fry better and become more fragrant.
