Sirloin is one of the most commonly used cuts for steaks, very tender and juicy. During the heavy snow season, a three-course meal with pan-fried sirloin steak, crispy yet tender, not only delicious but also rich in iron.

3. Add pasta and cook until done, then remove from heat and drain

4. Place on a plate for later use

5. Heat oil in a pan

6. Add steak

7. Cook to medium-rare

8. Place the cooked steak on top of the pasta

9. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry black pepper sauce

10. Pour the sauce over the steak, enjoy immediately
