Homemade Chicken Cutlet Recipe


Making your own ingredients and oil is reassuring, feeling fresher than those in the market.
Ingredients: Main ingredients: 500g chicken breast, 3g salt, 5g green onion,3g ginger, 30g oil, 10g cooking wine, 30g cornstarch,bread crumbs 100g,3 eggs steps:
1. Prepare a piece of chicken breast, wash and pat dry.

2. Mix the cooking wine, ginger, green onion, and salt together.

3. Add the marinated mixture into sliced chicken, marinate for ten minutes.

4. Roll the marinated meat in cornstarch evenly.5. Then dip it in eggs. 6. Finally coat it with bread crumbs.

7. Fry until both sides are golden brown, then remove.

8. Serve and take a photo.

TIP: Coat the chicken with bread crumbs only once; coating too many times will make them sink in the oil.

Put the chicken into the oil pan and fry until both sides are golden brown, then remove.

Place on a serving plate and arrange for presentation.
Tip: Roll the bread crumbs around once; rolling too much can cause them to sink in the oil.
