It's very simple to make, with a 100% success rate, despite the multiple ingredients, most are readily available and can be customized according to your taste.
Ingredients Main ingredients:Gelatinous tofu 1 block, an appropriate amount of sesame oil, salt, a handful of deep-fried twisted dough sticks,fried mung bean sprouts a handful, peanuts a handful, white sesame seeds 1 spoonful, green onions 1 stalk, garlic 2 cloves, red chili 1 piece, pickled mustard greens 1 spoonful, stewed fish sauce 2 spoons Steps 1. Tips 1. You must use gelatinous tofu for the best texture, 2. Add some chili oil if you like spicy food,

3. As long as the basic flavor is there, a missing one or two ingredients won't matter much.Steam the fish. Add soy sauce and sesame oil;

5. Add chopped fermented Chinese cabbage and pickled mustard greens slices;

6. Place peanuts, fried yellow beans, white sesame seeds, etc., on top;

7. Mix well before eating.

1. Use gypsum tofu for the smoothest texture.
