Main ingredients: 100g of rice noodles, 25g of ham,cucumber 25g,lettuce 10g,orange 80g,black sesame 3g,olive oil a moderate amount, salt a moderate amount, Kubio sweet and sour salad dressing 25g,honey A bit of salad dressing, 35g
Steps:

1. In a pot, bring half a pot of water to a boil, add the rice noodles, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, and salt.

2. Cook over medium heat with the lid on for 8-10 minutes until the rice noodles are fully cooked.

3. While waiting for the pasta to cook, prepare the ingredients: wash the lettuce, drain, and chop into small pieces.

4. Wash and cut the cucumber into small slices.

5. Cut the orange into thick slices.

6. Slice the ham into small pieces.

7. Drain the cooked pasta, add 1 teaspoon of olive oil, and mix well.

8. Mix the Kubio sweet and sour dressing with honey and mustard to make a salad dressing.

9. Place the cooked pasta in a large bowl, adding ham, cucumber, and lettuce, reserving some for garnish. Pour the salad dressing over it.

10. Toss well.

11. Arrange an orange slice on a plate, then add the mixed pasta.

12. Garnish with reserved ham, cucumber, and lettuce, and sprinkle with black sesame seeds before serving.
Tip: The cooking time for pasta can vary based on stove power, type of pasta, and personal preference—cooked until the center is transparent or slightly harder if you prefer it that way.
