Homemade Korean Dried Chili Steamed Carp Method


Dry Red peppers are essential ingredients in Korean and Chinese Korean household dishes.Ingredients, the taste of dried versus fresh chili peppers is distinct, offering a special flavor. Using Korean chili peppers, dad's summer-caught small crucian carp dried, to cook the crucian carp makes for an extremely delicious dish!
Main ingredients: 200g dried crucian carp, 50g dried red peppers, appropriate amount of oil, half a spoon of salt,Sichuan pepper powder one-quarter spoon, Korean chili powder one spoon,soy sauce two spoons, green onions as needed, two garlic cloves.
Steps

Prepare the dried crucian carp.

Wash the dried red peppers.

Prepare the Korean chili pepper.

Chop the green onion and garlic.

Heat a hot pan with a little oil, then add the green onions to stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the dried crucian carp and stir-fry until fragrant, mixing evenly.

Add the dried red peppers and stir-fry evenly.

Add one spoon of Korean chili pepper and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in an appropriate amount of water to cover the ingredients.

Mix well.

Add salt, soy sauce, and Sichuan pepper powder, mix well.

Begin simmering on medium heat.

When the broth is reduced, add the garlic cloves and stir-fry evenly.

Serve in a dish.
Tip: Only use dried red peppers, preferably green ones. Fresh chili peppers or red dried chili peppers will not produce this flavor. Pair with Korean chili pepper for a distinctly Korean taste!
