Stir-fried Shiitake with Tofu Skin Home Recipe


These two main ingredients are both what I like to eat, so I tried stir-frying them together and surprisingly it turned out well. Home-style Stir-fried, mild and refreshing.
Ingredients Main ingredients:Bee fungus 250g,Tofu skin 150g, 1 onion, appropriate amount of garlic,Soysauce appropriate amount, sufficient amount of Sichuan pepper flavoring
Steps

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Remove the roots from the bee fungus and wash them thoroughly.

3. Cut the tofu skin into threads.

4. Chop the onion and garlic finely.

5. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the white part of the onion and garlic until fragrant.

6. Add the bee fungus and stir-fry.

7. Add the tofu skin.

8. Add soysauce and Sichuan pepper flavoring, then stir-fry evenly.

9. Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
